Consultant Architect
Michelle is an accomplished Consultant Architect with a portfolio of experience in Digital Transformation, Merger & Acquisitions and Enterprise Information Management. In addition, she has specialist expertise in Security & Application Portfolio Management.
Michelle was one of the founding members of Computer Science Corporation's [CSC] (now DXC Technology) Architecture Professional Services department, which was one of the first global ‘follow the sun'-managed service provided by a leading system integrator. Subsequent to that, she leveraged her experience from delivering Account & Transformation Leadership, as well as Staff Management expertise, to support a multitude of other client set-up architectural practices. There, she embedded an architectural approach based on strategic principles, roadmap definition, transition architectures and technology direction. Michelle has a strong track record of delivering architectural artefacts and leveraging the best-fit deliverables for the business scenario under analysis.
She is fully conversant with a range of architecture development methods & reference models. For example:
