How much experience does Bowes Consulting have offering Management Consulting services?

The company has been in existence since 2007, and has been offering Enterprise and solutions architecture, Project Management and Business Consultancy since that date. Across our regular consultants, we have decades of experience offering various IT services to business.

What do you charge?

Our fees are reasonable, compared to the larger consultancies, but are on a "you get what you pay for" basis.

Payments for work can be structured to suit your projects. For example, we would give you a day-rate price to investigate your needs, then either a fixed price to deliver an agreed statement of work, or a time and materials rate, should your needs be less specific.

What professional qualifications/certifications do your consultants offer?

We have TOGAF certified architects, Prince II qualified project managers, and most of our consultants have experience with Agile and SAFE Agile methodologies, as well as other delivery mechanisms. We have also received BSI (British Standards Institute) membership, and we also utilise ISO/IEC standards, where these are feasible.
